Ronnie was born into a family that he claims is the reason for his successes. Ronnie’s dad, Ronnie Sr., was a brick mason and his mother Jo Ann was an office manager. His parents instilled the importance of hard work and commitment at a very young age. Ronnie’s two sisters Carolyn and Crystal are as opposite as they can be even though they are identical twins. Ronnie, Carolyn and Crystal are very close friends. Ronnie loves his family and spends a lot of time with them. When Ronnie speaks to audiences he says “I always envision my Mom and Dad sitting on the front row listening. I know that they would want to hear kindness and compassion in my voice when I speak with an audience. That is simply the standard that I begin with and I think people truly appreciate that when they experience it.”
In January of 2006, Ronnie had an accident that changed the course of his life. From that point, he committed to do the work he believed he was put here to do. With a background of almost a decade in real estate and finance, Ronnie understood the challenges of being an entrepreneur. After the accident, Ronnie decided that he would commit his life to ministry and public speaking. “I didn’t know exactly how it was going to happen, I was just crazy enough to believe that it would happen.” Within just a few short months Ronnie began speaking for different businesses as well as churches. In June of 2006, Ronnie was ordained into ministry by Dr. Dale C. Bronner in Atlanta, GA. Ronnie’s faith has played a huge part in his success in the marketplace but also in his marriage to his wife Jennifer of 7 years.
“I love to speak in churches where I can share specifically what Christ is doing in my life and I also love to speak to corporations and share the insights that I have learned about teamwork and efficiency.” ~ Ronnie Doss
After being ordained by Dr. Bronner, Ronnie met a man that became an anchor in his personal development pursuits. The late Brian Klemmer, best selling author of “The Compassionate Samurai” met Ronnie in late 2007 and asked him to begin speaking at various events around the country. Within a couple of years Ronnie had spoken in 7 different countries and appeared on radio and television shows around the world.
“What I learned from Mr. Klemmer changed the way I approached my life. I learned from him that I could achieve anything if I had the right perspective. I can still hear his voice encouraging me and telling me that I had something unique to offer the world. He was a constant reminder that I had to pray like it was all up to God and work like it was all up to me.” ~ Ronnie Doss
Ronnie’s family and friends say that you can’t be around him and not feel inspired. People that have heard him speak at an event or training always say the same. Ronnie has spoken at over 400 different events from places like Australia, New Zealand, Norway and the Netherlands. Crossing cultures and working with people’s beliefs around separateness is really something that Ronnie is passionate about. Jennifer, Ronnie’s wife is a full time, stay at home mom and travels with Ronnie often. They have two daughters, Addison Raine who is 4 years old and Kennedy Leigh who was born March 1, 2014.
“I believe that we are all connected. We all have a purpose and the sooner we begin to work together to produce real solutions, the world will begin to work better for everyone. It really is up to us.” ~ Ronnie Doss
